We have opened the application process to volunteer in Jena from September 2026 to August 2027! You can find here<\/a> a brochure will all the important information. Please note that we are no longer accepting volunteers that need a visa, <\/strong>as our quota is completely full.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Please follow these steps of our application process:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Download our application form <\/strong><\/a> and fill it out.<\/li>\n
  2. Register to the European Youth Portal <\/span>of the European Solidarity Corps<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, because we need your registration number<\/strong> for the application.<\/li>\n
  3. Send us your complete application form to application.eurowerkstattjena@gmail.com<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Please don’t send us applications without our own application form, thank you!<\/em><\/p>\n

    How to find a sending organisation
    <\/strong>Please keep in mind that you will need a sending organisation if you will be picked as a volunteer. Start to contact organisations soon, so they can help you with writing your applications. You can search for organisations in your town or country     here<\/a><\/strong><\/span>. But don’t worry if you can’t find a sending organisation for your application, we can also connect you later with organisations if you will be picked as a volunteer.<\/p>\n

    How we will continue
    <\/strong>After the application deadline, we will transfer your applications to our hosting projects. Our colleagues in these organisations will have a close look at your applications and will contact you to have a videocall. In the end, they will be the ones to decide who will become the new volunteer in their hosting project, not Eurowerkstatt.<\/p>\n\n\n
