You can do this, for example, as a volunteer or through jobs and internships or with your own initiatives.\n\nUnlike many programmes abroad, participation in the ESK does not cost anything, nor are there any specific selection criteria such as qualifications, experience or experience in the field.\n\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><!--EndFragment-->\n\n<strong>Interested in participating in the ESK?<\/strong>\n\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n\nThe ESK gives you the opportunity to live, learn and work in another European country. In this way, you can broaden your personal and professional horizons and contribute to better understanding within Europe.\n\nYou must be between 18 and 30 years old. Your school-leaving or professional qualifications are not important.
