Establishment of cooperation between the vocational school for health care professions in Vladimir and the University Hospital Jena Accompanied by Eurowerkstatt Jena e. V.
The aim of the cooperation is the implementation of a partnership exchange between the vocational school for health care professions in Vladimir and the University Hospital Jena, accompanied by the Eurowerkstatt Jena e. V., against the background of a town twinning exchange. This exchange is to take place at the professional level (administration), the level of the pupils (students) and at the scientific level (nursing research, e.g. "German prisoners of war in the military hospital in Vladimir).
In the partner city cooperation with Vladimir, there has not yet been any cooperation in the field of health / care. In order to develop this thematic area, the cooperation described above is envisaged.
Three elements / focal points are worked on in the partnership:
a) Professional exchange on curricula and training standards in nursing care
b) Study trips / pupil exchanges to get to know each other's way of working in care and the culture of both countries.
c) Research projects, jointly processed (e.g. historical research)
To build up the cooperation, a programme is being developed and implemented for a representative delegation from Vladimir to stay in Jena. The tasks are divided between the cooperating organisations as follows:
- Eurowerkstatt: Preparation of the trip (professional programme, cultural programme, accommodation) and support of the meeting (pool of translators)
- UKJ: Preparation of the content of the professional exchange involving the vocational school (SBBS for GuS) and Ernst Abbe University at the Jena site.
- Wladimir Vocational School for Health Professions: Preparation of a cooperation agreement to be signed
